Step 1: Trade-in Consultation

  Describe your watch with model, year and condition. We will provide a trade-in pricing estimates and purchase follow-up.

Step 2: Delivery

  Once a purchase agreement is completed. We will send you a fully insured FedEx overnight shipping label. Simply drop off at your local FedEx location. Alternatively, you can choose to hand deliver to our location in Bellevue, WA.

Step 3: Authenticate

  We will check and authenticate your watch within 48 hours once received, ensuring that it is as described.

Step 4: Payment

Upon completion of the watch inspection and authentication, any remaining balance is expected to be paid for securing the new timepiece.
