REFUND/EXCHANGE TERMS
To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be in its original condition, accompanied by all original packaging. Please ensure that all items from the original package are included in the return shipment. Pack the return securely to prevent damage during transit. Refunds will be delayed if any items are missing from the return shipment.
PROCESSING REFUNDS
Upon receiving your returned item, we will carefully inspect it for any signs of wear or damage. Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund to the original payment method. In the rare event of a lost package during return transit, we will initiate an insurance claim, and the refund will be issued upon claim resolution. Please note that Bellevue Timepieces does not provide cash refunds for any reason. Allow up to three (3) business days for the credited funds to appear in your original account.
